Project Manager

Working in the Projects department

Quadrant2Design’s Project Managers are the primary point of contact for our customers and the glue that holds the whole process together. They work closely with customers, all teams within the business and show organisers to ensure that projects run smoothly and customers are delivered exactly what they need.

A Project Manager takes ownership of each exhibition stand project and oversees every process from the initial design all the way through to the final installation, answering any questions that customers may have along the way.

A day in the life

of a Project Manager

Creating project timelines, ensuring all parties adhere to the agreed schedule
Conducting project kick-off meetings with customers
Liaising with departments in the delivery of exhibition stand projects
Being the primary contact for customers with queries or issues throughout their project
Organising the logistics of stand design, manufacture, transportation and installation
Liaising with event organisers to organise additional services
Inspecting and signing off pre-build stands
