Account Manager

Working in the Accounts department

As the first contact that customers have with Quadrant2Design, the Account Manager’s role is to interpret customers’ needs and liaise with our in-house Design team to create the very best exhibition stand solution.

Our Account Managers have a detailed understanding of Quadrant2Design’s products and provide expert explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each, based on our customer’s unique business needs.

This role is the primary outward-facing representative of the Quadrant2Design brand and requires exceptional people skills as well as an ability to effectively embody the values of the business.

A day in the life

of a Account Manager

Liaising with new prospective customers to understand their exhibiting needs
Working closely with existing customers to refresh, update and adapt their existing stands
Providing expert knowledge of our products and their unique features, including how these can meet the customer’s unique business needs
Creating design briefs for our in-house Design team
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Presenting design concepts to customers through video calls
Meeting customers at our Poole facility and providing tours of our exhibition stand showroom
Working closely with our 3D Design and Visualisation team to ensure stand designs fully meet customers’ needs
