Job Title

The title of this newly created key role is ‘Office and Human Resources (HR) Manager’, based at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset, supporting the day-to-day activities of our 40+ colleagues.

Working alongside, and reporting to, the Directors and Senior Management, you will be an exceptional coordinator, possess discretion, a high level of professionalism, and know how best to represent our company, its policies, and the needs of our team.

The role is office-based and is not suitable for home or remote working.


  • HR Recruitment & Selection
  • HR Administration Management and Record Keeping
  • New colleague onboarding & induction with Dept. Heads
  • Organising & supporting the performance review & management process
  • Health & Safety Monitoring & Review, Management & Administration


  • Small business/SME Office Administration/HR experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Elementary working knowledge of human resource management and employment law
  • Elementary working knowledge of basic Health & Safety principles
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong written communication skills, possessing the ability to express facts and ideas clearly
  • Professional telephone manner

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time permanent

Hours: 40-hours per week.

Salary: dependant on skills, knowledge, and experience

Holidays: 25 days per annum, plus 8 statutory public holidays.
