Operations Director & Head of Marketing

Ross is the Operations Director & Head of Marketing at Quadrant2Design.

Ross has been with Quadrant2Design for close to a decade and has experience and expertise in numerous departments.

He started with the company in August 2014 as a part of our 3D Design & Visualisation Team and has subsequently worked in Graphic Design, Artworking, Production, Marketing and now Operations.

Ross has served as Head of the Quadrant2Design Marketing team since 2019 and Head of Operations since 2021.

When did you first start with Quadrant2Design?

I joined Quadrant2Design in August 2014 as a graduate with a couple of years of experience in the industry.

What is your background?

My background is in industrial design, product design and graphic design.

Before joining Quadrant2Design I worked in Kitchen Design and also spent a year working for Disney as a product development intern, which was a fantastic experience!

I always knew I wanted to go into a design career that blended 3D design and graphic design, and Quadrant2Design provided the perfect opportunity.

What first attracted you to work at Quadrant2Design?

Developing a unique range of custom design features that are only available from Quadrant2Design.
Moving the business from outsourcing all manufacturing to the in-house manufacturer of the majority of our products and components.
Developing a successful SEO program while also building a marketing team to deliver and further develop it.

What is it like working at Quadrant2Design?

At Quadrant2Design every day is different. There is always a new challenge or opportunity and every member of the team is able to make a meaningful contribution to the success and growth of the business.

The culture is open and honest; everyone works in an open-plan office with each team working together and appreciating the contributions of every other team to a project.

There are a lot of jokes and interesting conversations in the office. We don’t take ourselves too seriously but we take the work very seriously.

  Responsible for the smooth functioning of all departments, managing issues and conducting business improvement projects.
